- Base salary by step (experience as a Public School Principal). Gross salary = step placement + applicable advanced degree + supplement. Principal salaries may be negotiated at the Board's discretion.
- Advanced degree: Ed.S. or AA adds $5,918; Doctorate adds $8,443.
- Supplements: Enrollment - $5.00 per student (previous year's 20th-day-after-Labor-Day ADM); $5,000 at an elementary/intermediate school, technical center or virtual school; $8,500 at K-8/6-8/7-8 or stand-alone 9th grade; $16,000 at 7-12/9-12/10-12 schools.
- Assistant Principal base salaries are calculated on the teacher salary schedule extended to the number of work days, plus after-school supplements: $7,000 (7-12/9-12/10-12 or stand-alone 9th grade), $4,500 (K-8/6-8/7-8), $2,000 (K-3/K-4/K-5/K-6/4-6), $0 (Career Tech Center, At-Risk, Virtual).
