- Rates at the California minimum wage ($16.90) apply to workers 14-17 and to 18-year-old non-high-school-graduates; the Student Salary Schedule rate ($17.00) applies to 18-year-old graduates and 19-21 year-olds; the Suenos WIOA rate is $18.50.
