- This is the initial-placement (new hire) schedule based on 187 duty days.
- After their first year, AISD teachers move off this schedule and are paid through the PPfT compensation system (points-based base-salary increases).
- Amounts are the 187-day annual salary; the underlying daily rate ranges from $310.53 (0-1 yrs) to $397.56 (30+ yrs).
- Advanced-degree (master's or higher) pay is added to base salary for eligible teachers.
