- Projected calendar. These 2028-2029 dates are estimated from Hemet USD's published date pattern, not an official district calendar - confirm against the district's official schedule when it is released.
- Pay date = the last business day of the month (weekends and holidays stepped back). The certificated December payroll is deferred to the first business day of January. Substitute/hourly pay dates fall on the 20th, stepped back to the previous business day.
- Administrative due dates (extra-duty and time-card due dates) are set by payroll staff each year and are not projected here.
